Thank you for shopping with Pretty Curly Girl USA. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship your order, estimated timeframes, and what to do if something goes wrong. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your location at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. During sales, promotions, product launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. The exact amount is shown before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $100.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: approximately 3–7 business days
- Canada: approximately 6–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or high-volume periods, which are outside our control.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with members of your household and neighbors, and contact your local carrier. If your package arrives damaged, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@prettycurlygirl.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue. Where possible, please include your order number and photos of any damage.
Undeliverable and Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are refused at delivery or left unclaimed and subsequently returned to us will be treated in accordance with our Refund Policy. Reshipment may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
