RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
We want you to love your Pretty Curly Girl products! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used hair care products
- Products without original packaging or seals broken
- Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@prettycurlygirl.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@prettycurlygirl.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@prettycurlygirl.com
